Sweet and Sticky Glaze
Use this glaze to jazz up your favourite shop bought vegan burgers and sausages.
Makes enough to glaze 4 burgers or 1 pack of sausages
Preparation time 5 minutes
5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp smoky chilli sauce
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
You could also add curry paste, hot chilli sauce, lime juice, or whatever you fancy!
1. Mix all of the ingredients together to create the baste.
