This lightly sparkling drink is one for the younger guests to make.
Serves 4 adults or 6 children
Preparation time 5 minutes
1 litre sparkling water
50ml elderflower cordial
1. Pour the water and elderflower cordial into a jug. Add lots of ice.
2. Crush the raspberries through a sieve to collect the juice. Discard the seeds.
3. Add the raspberry juice and mix well.
