New Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic
Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 40 minutes
1 kg new potatoes
3 spring rosemary
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed but left intact in skin
1 tbsp olive oil
- Place all of the ingredients into a double-wrapped foil parcel.
- Place the parcel on the barbeque grill for 40 minutes or longer depending on the size of the potatoes.

NotesCooks tips: if you parboil the potatoes before they go into the parcel you will greatly reduce the cooking time. If you don’t have rosemary then you can use thyme, oregano, or any of your favourite herbs
