Preparation time 1 minute
Cooking time 6 minutes
½ banana (sliced lengthways), per serving
A squeeze of maple syrup
A dusting of icing sugar
1. Simply place the sliced banana onto a clean grill and cook for 3 minutes on either side.
2. Serve with a squeeze of maple syrup and, if you have a sweet tooth, a dusting of icing sugar. A splash of rum is good too!
